AdinaMay specialises in independent scrutiny ensuring recruitment exercises to public bodies, expert committees and public sector organizations are fair and transparent and follow the Nolan Principles of Public Life Jacqui is Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified and provides specialist HR support e.g. reviewing current recruitment practice giving a ‘snapshot’ of what is currently taking place. AdinaMay also supports organizations in providing candidates with post-interview support.
Jacqui Francis is a recruitment panel member for the Judicial Appointments Commission and an independent member of the Bar Standards Board Selection Panels. A Trustee for the Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham and chair of the Workforce Planning Committee. A Lay member of the West Midlands and Warwickshire Advisory Committee recruiting and recommending to the Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice candidates for the magistracy. A member of the West Midlands Mayor Andy Street West Midlands Combined Authority Leadership Commission providing training to encourage more people to apply for board roles. She was an observer on the Board of Birmingham REP Theatre and is a past board member. AdinaMay consulting was set up when Jacqui left Birmingham City Council
