Recruitment & Selection – Independent Scrutiny

Having an independent panel member on a recruitment panel can assure both internal and external stakeholders that appointments are made on merit. As a part of improving governance structures, many organizations are looking to increase the confidence of stakeholders in their processes.

As an external panel member, I provide independent scrutiny of a range of appointments from CEO to board members. I certify the appointments process. I ensure that the process is fair and transparent and that appointments are made on merit and follow the 7 Principles of Public Life – Nolan Principles.
