Mediation

There may be times when employees are experiencing difficulties in the workplace. Early intervention can be the best way to avoid protracted grievance processes, which divert staff and management resources inevitably away from providing services.

They often do not end up being satisfactorily resolved for any of the parties. Bringing in an independent mediator can help to allay concerns about impartiality. It encourages the parties to speak openly about the issues and find a way forward.

What does AdinaMay offer? Encourage deadlocked parties to consider options in which they can move forward to resolve an existing dispute or conflict:

  • A safe confidential environment for both parties to hear each other’s views
  • Facilitate the disputants to find common ground from their shared agendas
  • A way for individuals to maintain a working relationship
  • A plan of how to handle any future conflict
